Rental Policies:
1.
FITTINGS: Please try to have all members of your party measured by
Mr. Tux no later than 3 weeks prior to your event. Be sure and
inform your out of town members to go to a professional, trustworthy
tux rental store near them and request a courtesy fitting in a
proper time frame. We prefer, due to growth spurts of young children
that measurements are obtained approximately 3 weeks prior to
pick-up.
2. DEPOSIT: We
Ask a deposit of $10.00 with each contract. The full balance is due
prior to the pick-up of the garment, with Valid I.D.
3. FORMS OF
PAYMENT: We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover, and ATM Debit Cards. Personal Checks are accepted with
Proper ID (Drivers License), and 2 Telephone numbers.
4. REFUNDABLE
DEPOSIT: There is a $10.00 refundable deposit on All Rentals. This
also includes any Free Formalwear Rentals. See exception in # 9 A

FREE RENTALS: Mr. Tux will provide one Free Standard Tuxedo Rental
if the registered party has at least 7 orders. If the registered
party for any reason does not fulfill this requirement there will be
a 1/2 charge applied to the Tuxedo. This offer applies only to
Tuxedos in our inventory and not special wholesale orders. (Free
rentals cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer
or promotion.)
6.
CHANGES TO THE REGISTRATION: Any changes on registration, including
names of participants and styles and/or colors, may only be
completed by the Groom and/or Bride. These changes should be
completed as soon as possible, hopefully no later than 10 days
before the pick up date, to avoid any additional charges.
7.PICK UP and
RETURNS: Orders scheduled for Saturday, or Sunday are to be picked
up Friday before the event. Orders that are to be picked up on other
days of the week need to be arranged by your Tuxedo Specialist at
the time of registration or order.
A. Every effort should be made to have your Tuxedo tried on at the
time of pickup so that we can assist the individual on proper
adjustments and confirm a quality fit.
B. Tuxedo Rentals are to be returned complete the day after the
event. Customers returning Rentals later than the TIME specified on
the contract must have made prior arrangements with their Tuxedo
Specialist to avoid additional charges.
8.ADDITIONAL
CHARGES: Members of your party need to be measured at least 2 weeks
in advance, to avoid additional charges that may be assessed to
cover freight costs. Also orders received with 1 week or less notice
may be subject to a rush order surcharge, Gentlemen whom require
sizes in excess of a 54 may also have an additional charge, i.e.
(but not limited to) in the case of ordering wholesale.
9.
CANCELLATION CHARGE: LATE FEES/EXTRA DAY CHARGES, LOST AND DAMAGED
GARMENTS
A.) There is a $10.00 cancellation fee assessed to all orders
cancelled less then two weeks before pick-up date. A full charge
will be made if the Tuxedo is not picked up for the event. (WE
CHARGE FOR OUR TIME, NOT FOR THE USE).
B.) A $10.00 per day charge can be assessed on late returns.
C.) Items that are damaged beyond waiver insurance
specifications will be charged the full retail price for
replacement.
