I also understand that all participants should be measured at least 1 week prior to the date of the event or a rush charge will be added to the contract above and beyond the normal charges. I also understand that all canceled orders are subject to a cancellation fee, including but not limited to forfeiture of all deposits already paid. Orders not returned on the date due are subject to late fees of $10 USD per day until the date that the suit is returned. I also understand that Mr. Tux reserves the right to refuse service to any individual based upon, but not limited to inappropriate behavior, or language used in the store towards store associates and or other individuals located inside or outside of the immediate premises, or conduct that may cause harm to any persons located in or around the premises.
